Dr. HillerDr. Carl E. Hiller

Dr. Carl E. Hiller graduated from New York Chiropractic College in 1994, following his pre-medicine studies at Pennsylvania State University. Dr. Hiller is board certified from the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and has been in private practice since 1995. Since 2002, Dr. Hiller has been co-president of Neuromusculoskeletal Spine and Joint Institute with Dr. Joseph Verna.

Dr. Hiller is a former president of the Pennsylvania Chiropractic Association (PCA) and was voted Pennsylvania Chiropractor of the Year in 2002. Additionally, Dr. Hiller was a member of the PCA executive board of directors, a PCA district director/president, legislative committee chairman, and chairman of the PCA Peer Review Committee, as well as a member of the Medicare Guidelines Committee Member, Insurance Relations Committee Member, and Northeast Chiropractic Council Board Member (NECC).

Dr. Hiller also is a Certified Clinical Peer/Utilization Reviewer (C.C.P.R.) and certified Red Cross Protect-Your-Back Instructor. Dr. Hiller has been an invited lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania and for Thomas Jefferson University Radiology. Dr. Hiller has also lectured for the Pennsylvania Fraud Prevention Authority.

His post-graduate education has continued with more than 1,000 hours of continuing medical education with emphasis on pain management, radiology, neurology, orthopedics, nutrition, and advanced rehabilitation procedures and protocols.

In addition to his private practice, Dr. Hiller is a principal partner in the Chiropractic Medicine Auditing Professionals (CMAP) consulting firm, which provides custom medico-legal and forensic auditing services.
Dr. Hiller lives in Chester County with his wife, Susan, and their four children.

Dr. VernaDr. Joseph Verna

Dr. Joseph Verna graduated from Life University Magna Cum Laude with Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1999. Dr. Verna is board certified from the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners. Dr. Verna has been in private practice since 1999 and since 2002, Dr. Verna has been co-president of Neuromusculoskeletal Spine and Joint Institute with Dr. Carl Hiller. His clinical expertise has afforded him patients from the highest-level athletes to the weekend warriors. He is regularly entrusted to treat and manage both pre- and post-operative patients with some of Pennsylvania's top surgeons.

Dr. Verna has been invited to lecture at the University of Pennsylvania as well as for Thomas Jefferson University Radiology. Dr. Verna has also lectured for the Pennsylvania Fraud Prevention Authority as well as the American Arthritis Foundation. Additionally, he is a medical advisor to the board of Cuddle My Kids, which is a non-profit organization that offers assistance to families struggling with cancer and the associated treatment.

Dr. Verna earned Bachelor of Science Degree from Villanova University in 1992. His post-graduate education has continued with over 1,000 hours of continuing medical education with emphasis on pain management, radiology, neurology, orthopedics, nutrition, and advanced rehabilitation procedures and protocols.

Dr. Verna lives in Chester County with his wife, Karen, and their two children, as well as "Moses" a Rhodesian Ridgeback.
